Warranty

Warranty work requests must be in writing and contain a detailed description as outlined in Section IX of the Express Limited Warranty Book. All requests must contain the appropriate Section, Item Letter & Number from Sections VI, VII or VIII beside the repair work description. You may retrieve this information from your StrucSure Home Warranty package that you received at closing.

Please download and complete the Warranty Form in its entirety. When finished you may drop it off at our model home.
